Weighing system
Automatic scale with load cells to ensure maximum accuracy in the dosing of the product.

Filling system
Semi-automatic filling system, where the operator presents the empty bag to the filling spout equipped with pneumatically activated clamps.

Belt conveyor
Belt conveyor to convey the full bags towards the stitching/sealing machine. Its height can be easily adjusted through a handle, according to the dimensions of the bag.

Bag closure
Bag closure by stitching (or heat sealing, in case of plastic bags).

OPERATOR’S TASKS

  • Presenting the empty bag to the filling spout.
  • Aligning the flaps of the full bag’s mouth and inserting them at the infeed of the stitching/sealing machine.

The types of closure SC, CR, and CC are guaranteed by the type of dynamic conveyor (optional) applied.
A conveyor belt will then guide the filled bags from the bagging to the closing area.

The SS type of closure is applicable to polythene bags and is achieved using a hot bar sealer with thermostatically controlled bars, pneumatically activated.

The bag is guided through the sealer by a dynamic (motorized) conveyor, which is equipped, in the presence of dust, with an internal cleaner (to ensure proper sealing). The sealing time (extension) and temperature are fully adjustable according to the bag material and the throughput of the line.

The transfer of filled bags from the bagging area to the sealing area is achieved using a single conveyor belt for low speeds of less than 200 bags/hour and a double conveyor belt for speeds greater than 200 bags/hour.

Net weight weigher for powders and granules.
Used for the precise dosing and packaging of bulk materials, such as flour, sugar, grains, animal feed, plastic granules, and other powder or granular products.

Main characteristics:

  • Net weight weighing: the product is weighed before being discharged into the bag, ensuring precision.
  • Precise dosing: via a single or double screw feeder, conveyor or gravity belt, depending on the fluidity and flowability of the product being weighed.
  • Automation: integrated with bagging systems to optimize the production process.

BAG SHAKER – Mod. UNIVERSAL A2

Bag shaker used to densify and compact powder.

Designed to reduce the volume of the bag contents for easier handling and storage.

Bag shakers to compact powder into the bags work by applying low-frequency and high-amplitude vibrations, keeping the bag suspended from its mouth.

Advantages of using a bag shaker to densify powder:

  • Volume reduction:
    this allows for space optimization during transport and storage.
  • Better handling:
    a more compact bag is more stable and easier to handle.
  • Less powder dispersion:
    this reduces the risk of spills and contamination during opening.

AERATING PROBE FOR POWDERS

It is a device designed to remove the air trapped inside fine powders contained in a bag, with the aim of densifying the material and reducing its volume.

This type of equipment is particularly useful for fine products, where controlling density and flowability is essential to optimize the handling and storage of filled bags.

The operating principle is based on the insertion of a probe inside the bag containing the powder.
The system operates by suctioning air using a vacuum pump.
The probe creates a vacuum effect to remove the air trapped between the powder particles, causing the material to densify.

Advantages of a deaerating probe for powders:

  • Densification of the material:
    improves the compactness of the powder, reducing the overall volume of the bag.
  • Reduced dust dispersion:
    prevents spills and loss of material during handling.

BAG CLEANER FOR THE SEALER

When handling dusty products, a cleaning device is used to clean the inside of the bag and prepare it for sealing.
The bag mouth is opened while a blowing nozzle enters the opening to clean it.
The pneumatically operated system includes a dust extraction port to capture the dust generated during the process.

LABELLER

Designed to handle pre-printed and pre-cut tags, this unit is integrated into the system to sew a tag onto the bag mouth.
The tags are stored in a container (capacity of approximately 600 tags), picked up one by one (using suction cups), and transferred to the sewing head via a small belt. The system is simple and reliable.
The tags used must fall within the following dimensions:

FULL BAG TIPPER

The full bag in vertical position is evacuated longitudinally, at 90 degrees, thanks to the tipper.

More specifically:

  • the bag advances (standing) on ​​the motorized roller conveyor;
  • the deviation system, with motorized belts, lifts (pneumatically) and deviates the bag at 90 degrees, tipping it with the bottom forward.

CLAMP BAG TURNER

A pneumatically operated gripper is used to discharge the filled bags lengthwise relative to the conveyor axis, with the bag bottom leading.

This clamps the bag at the top and rotates it.

AGGRESSIVE ENVIRONMENTS

Should the system be located in aggressive environments, a treatment is applied to limit corrosion.

Most parts are in stainless steel, while those there are not are protected with epoxy paint.

The nuts and bolts used are made of 304 stainless steel.
