G 327 – In-line ultrasonic sealer for valve bags
What does “ultrasonic sealing” mean?
Ultrasonic sealing is a sealing method that uses high-frequency ultrasonic vibrations to generate localized heat and melt the bag’s valve material, sealing the flaps.
This process is particularly useful for paper bags with an internal thermoplastic valve, as it allows the valve to be sealed without the use of adhesives or external heat.

Advantages
ADVANTAGES OF THE ULTRASONIC SEALING FOR THE CLOSING OF THE VALVE
1
QUICK AND EFFICIENT CLOSING
With welding times in the order of milliseconds.
2
HERMETIC SEALING
Which prevents product leaks and improves content protection.
3
GREATER CLEANLINESS OF THE PROCESS
Avoiding residues of glue or other sealing materials.
