The AV 700 automatic pallet wrapper is simple, rugged and with excellent technical features to deliver high performances.
The monolithic structure minimises assembly costs (the machine is shipped fully assembled) and overall dimensions.
All operations are automated and no manual procedures are required.
Alarm functions include:
- film breakage
- end of film
Suitable for in-line installation downstream of an automatic palletiser.

ROTARY ARM
Rotary arm supporting the wrapping reel.
For the very best performances, rotation speed is controlled by a variable frequency drive (inverter) enabling adjustment of:
- acceleration ramp (start-up)
- deceleration ramp (cycle end)
- wrapping speed.
REEL HOLDER DEVICE
Reel holder device, mounted on the rotary arm, designed for simple, quick replacement, to minimise machine downtimes.
FILM TENSION CONTROL
Film tension control with precise, constant adjustment.
REEL RAISING AND LOWERING
Variable speed reel raising and lowering (with inverter) for adjustment of wrapping “spiral” (film overlap %).
AUTOMATIC PALLET HEIGHT DETECTION PHOTOCELL
Automatic pallet height detection photocell for “self-regulation” to pallets of different heights.
FILM RETAINER AND CUTTING CLAMP
Film retainer and cutting clamp for automatic gripping of leading edge and cutting on completion of procedure.
PNEUMATIC BRUSH
Pneumatic brush installed on palletised load roller conveyor for perfect adherence of end of reel, avoiding “tail end” effect.
PLC PROGRAMMABLE CONTROLLER
Operations controlled via programmable controller (PLC), which also provides integration with upstream machine (palletiser).
TOP 601 - AUTOMATIC PALLET HOODING MACHINE
The TOP 601 can also be retrofitted to complete the AV 700 pallet wrapper.
The pallet hooding machine consists of a device to be incorporated in the structure of the AV 700 wrapper.
This exclusive feature allows costs to be kept down without precluding the possibility of a future implementations.

GRUPPO PORTA-BOBINA DEL FILM
For quick, easy changing, the reel stand is about 800 mm above floor level (the natural working position corresponding to the height of the full pallet).
Raising and lowering is electric, powered by a geared motor.
There is a reel end alarm.

FILM PULLING , CUTTER BLADE AND PHOTOCELL
Film pulling and application clamps. The film (hood) is pulled horizontally by a set of clamps, which grip the leading edge and place it on top of the full pallet.
Cutter blade. Once unwound, the film is cut by a pneumatically operated longitudinal blade.
Automatic pallet height detection photocell for “self-regulation” to pallets of different heights.
